Does anybody know if Effingham county is still planning on building the by-pass? Is the road on the right before you get into Rincon part of the future by-pass?

From what I know, the road you are talking about is just to get the trucks of 21 and to the back towards GP.

There is a map on the effingham county site that shows that there are multiple phases. It looks like there are two bypasses. One on the georgia pacific site of hwy21, and one from hwy30 to springfield.
