Has anybody heard of a any chain restaurant coming to Rincon? I figured after the change in the liquor law 2 years or so ago, at least one major restaurant would come to the effingham county area.  Huh

I haven't heard of anything as of yet. I can see somebody moving into the old T-bonz building, since it has been remodeled to accomidate a restaurant. From my understanding, the liquor license is very expensive and hard to get in effingham county.
