Why can't we have a bowling alley?Huh?
I've heard that someone wanted to open one long time ago in the old Krogers and was told that such kind of establishments are not welcome in Ricon.
What the heck. Wack up oldies! Effingham is not made of only 80year olds!!!!!!!!

Yeah for some reason, it seems that a lot of establishments are being kept out of Effingham County. Or maybe it just seems that way. Even Pooler has a bowling alley now. What are kids supposed to do around here? Hang out at Wal Mart all day.  Cheesy
